zk266 Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zk266 platform at zk266.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by zk266 on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zk266.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zk266 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the zk266 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age. zk266 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18+ across all gaming and betting products.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of zk266 or its affiliated companies.
• You have not previously had an account with zk266 closed or terminated for breach of these Terms.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the zk266 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. zk266 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Players in Pakistan are reminded to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity at zk266, you must register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) account with zk266. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be consolidated or closed, and any balances accrued through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk266 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• You must notify zk266 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• zk266 may, at its discretion, require additional KYC documentation at any time, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

zk266 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an account, or require additional verification steps at any time without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the zk266 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT (TRC20), and debit card (where available).
• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 (or as specified in the cashier at time of transaction). Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the cashier section.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier. Verification requirements must be satisfied before the first withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you and that are sourced from legitimate means. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods registered to another person are not permitted.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated as dormant. An inactivity fee may be applied to dormant account balances in accordance with the current fee schedule published on the Platform.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the zk266 Platform are governed by the following general rules, supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules published within each relevant section of the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. No bet is valid until this confirmation is issued.
• zk266 reserves the right to limit stakes, decline bets, or restrict market access for any player without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game configuration — including but not limited to software errors, data feed failures, or human input errors — zk266 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Cricket and PSL betting markets at zk266 are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). Postponed or abandoned matches are settled per the specific sport rules applicable to each market.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at zk266's discretion. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid unless covered by void conditions above.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems (for digital games) or physical randomness (for live dealer games). Results are final once a round completes and the outcome is displayed on screen.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zk266 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, alongside the specific terms stated at the time of each offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for betting and gaming on the Platform. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type and are published on the relevant promotion page at zk266.
• zk266 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where abuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared between accounts or applied to another player's account.
• Players who close their zk266 account while holding an active bonus forfeit any remaining bonus balance and associated pending winnings tied to that bonus.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zk266 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or play casino games.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, connection faults, or display glitches to place bets that would not otherwise be available.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, including fraud, theft, or proceeds of crime. zk266 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent to circumvent account restrictions, bonus limitations, or responsible gaming tools applied to a suspended or excluded account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification at zk266.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a person who is under 18 years of age.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zk266 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, text, game designs, trademarks, logos, and data — is the proprietary property of zk266 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any element of the zk266 Platform without express prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zk266 and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances outside zk266's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or third-party data feed failures.
• The accuracy of odds, market data, or sports information displayed on the Platform where such data originates from third-party data providers.
• Any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if zk266 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits zk266's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

zk266 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Alerts: Notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary pause on account access, activating immediately on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for a defined period or permanently.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

zk266 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The player has breached these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification at zk266.
• Account activity indicates prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above.

Where an account is terminated for breach, zk266 may withhold balances pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed following investigation, account balances will be returned via the original deposit method. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time via Account Settings or by contacting zk266 support.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zk266 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be notified to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change. You may withdraw any balance held at the time of closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which zk266 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the zk266 Platform, you agree to first contact zk266 through the available support channels to seek an informal resolution.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution service applicable to zk266's licence jurisdiction.
